About the Role: Customer Support Specialist

As a Customer Support Specialist at arenaflex, you'll play a vital role in delivering exceptional experiences for our customers. Your primary responsibilities will include:
  • Providing top-notch customer service via phone and email, ensuring that every interaction is a positive one.
  • Offering accurate information about new bookings, rebooking options, and cancellation procedures for air and rail travel, hotel bookings, and more.
  • Empathetically finding solutions for each individual customer to ensure their journey runs smoothly, every step of the way.

Requirements and Qualifications

To excel in this role, you'll need to possess:
  • Fluency in Danish, with a good command of English.
  • Flexibility and a dynamic approach to problem-solving, with a passion for delivering exceptional customer experiences.

Location and Working Hours

  • Availability to work from 9 AM to 8 PM, with some flexibility to accommodate different time zones.

Language Requirements

As a Customer Support Specialist, you'll need to be fluent in Danish and have a good command of English.

Time Type and Full-Time Status

This is a full-time position, requiring a minimum of 35 hours of work per week.
