Position Summary

As a Customer Service Representative - Overnight (Work From Home) at arenaflex, you'll be responsible for providing exceptional customer support during overnight hours. Your primary focus will be on addressing customer inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring customer satisfaction. You'll work independently, using your strong communication skills and attention to detail to deliver excellent service.

Key Responsibilities

* Address customer inquiries and resolve issues in a timely and professional manner

  • Provide empathetic and personalized support to customers, understanding their unique needs and concerns
  • Utilize strong communication skills to effectively communicate with customers, colleagues, and other stakeholders
  • Work independently, using your initiative and problem-solving skills to resolve complex customer issues
  • Collaborate with colleagues to share knowledge, best practices, and ideas for improving customer service
  • Stay up-to-date with product knowledge, policies, and procedures to ensure accurate and informed responses to customer inquiries
  • Meet or exceed performance metrics, including first-call resolution, customer satisfaction, and average handle time

Essential Qualifications

* 1 year of customer service experience, preferably in a fast-paced, metric-driven environment

  • 6 months of high-volume customer service experience working in Windows, Microsoft, or another application
  • Strong computer skills, including proficiency in Microsoft Office and other software applications
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with customers, colleagues, and other stakeholders
  • Ability to work independently, using your initiative and problem-solving skills to resolve complex customer issues
  • Strong attention to detail, with the ability to accurately and efficiently process customer inquiries and resolve issues

Preferred Qualifications

* 6 months of experience handling and resolving a high volume of complex customer needs over the phone

  • Healthcare work experience and familiarity with benefits, insurance, and prescriptions
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
  • Verifiable high school diploma, GED, or equivalent

  • Excellent problem-solving and critical thinking skills, with the ability to analyze complex customer issues and develop effective solutions
