The Role
As a Customer Service Advocate at arenaflex, you'll be the face of our company, providing exceptional customer service and support to our members. You'll be responsible for helping our customers understand their benefits, resolving issues, and providing solutions to complex problems. You'll also have the opportunity to educate customers on disease management programs and make recommendations on healthy living programs that meet their needs.
Key Responsibilities:
* Help clients, customers, and healthcare providers understand our business and resolve common questions related to medical and dental procedures, office and hospital visit costs, and more.
- Take ownership of customer issues and resolve them over the chat the first time, every time.
- Be an advocate for health and wellness by educating customers on disease management programs and making recommendations on healthy living programs.

What You'll Need:
* High School Diploma or equivalent required; Associates or Bachelor's degree preferred.
- 1+ years of customer service experience analyzing and solving customer problems required.
- Intermediate proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite; high level capacity to multitask independently and on a computer.
- Knowledge of Medical Terminology a PLUS.
- Excellent written and oral communication skills.
- Exceptional organizational and time-management focus.
