Job Summary

We're seeking a highly skilled and customer-focused Remote Live Chat Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our customer service team, you'll be responsible for providing premium service and building relationships with our customers through effective communication via chat, phone, email, and social media. This is a remote opportunity, and you'll have the flexibility to work from the comfort of your own home.

Key Responsibilities

As a Remote Live Chat Specialist, you'll be responsible for:

  • Providing exceptional customer service through effective communication via chat, phone, email, and social media
  • Building relationships with customers and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner
  • Answering customer questions and providing product information, assistance with website navigation, and general information
  • Handling customer inquiries and concerns related to logistics, returns, refunds, and product warranties
  • Utilizing Microsoft Office programs such as Outlook and Word to manage customer interactions and documentation
  • Maintaining a high level of productivity and efficiency in a fast-paced environment
  • Collaborating with team members to achieve customer satisfaction and resolve complex issues

Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you'll need:

  • Previous customer service experience, with a proven track record of providing exceptional service and resolving customer issues
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to communicate effectively via chat, phone, email, and social media
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office programs, including Outlook and Word
  • Ability to navigate computer systems while on the phone with customers
  • Strong problem-solving skills and ability to think critically in a fast-paced environment
  • High school diploma or equivalent required; associate's or bachelor's degree preferred

Preferred Qualifications

* Previous experience working in a remote or virtual environment

  • Experience with customer relationship management (CRM) software
  • Certification in customer service or a related field
  • Bilingual or multilingual skills
