Key Responsibilities
As a Remote Live Chat Specialist, you'll be responsible for:
- Providing exceptional customer service through effective communication via chat, phone, email, and social media
- Building relationships with customers and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner
- Answering customer questions and providing product information, assistance with website navigation, and general information
- Handling customer inquiries and concerns related to logistics, returns, refunds, and product warranties
- Utilizing Microsoft Office programs such as Outlook and Word to manage customer interactions and documentation
- Maintaining a high level of productivity and efficiency in a fast-paced environment
- Collaborating with team members to achieve customer satisfaction and resolve complex issues
Qualifications
To be successful in this role, you'll need:
- Previous customer service experience, with a proven track record of providing exceptional service and resolving customer issues
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to communicate effectively via chat, phone, email, and social media
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office programs, including Outlook and Word
- Ability to navigate computer systems while on the phone with customers

- High school diploma or equivalent required; associate's or bachelor's degree preferred
