Key Responsibilities

Essential Qualifications

* High school diploma or equivalent required; some college or relevant experience an asset.

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with customers, colleagues, and management.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, handling multiple tasks and priorities with ease.
  • Basic math skills and accuracy with handling cash and operating a point-of-sale system.
  • Ability to lift up to 25 pounds, stand for long periods, and move freely throughout the store.

Preferred Qualifications

* Previous customer service experience, preferably in a retail environment.

  • Familiarity with home improvement products and services.
  • Basic computer skills, including Microsoft Office and point-of-sale systems.
  • Ability to work a flexible schedule, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
