Job Overview

In this part-time remote role, you will engage in online conversations with customers, addressing their inquiries, and providing accurate information about our products and services. Your primary objective will be to turn conversations into leads, helping our clients generate revenue and achieve their business goals. As a Live Chat Representative, you will be the face of our company, representing our brand and values in a professional and friendly manner.

Key Responsibilities

  • Handle a wide variety of customer inquiries via online chat, providing timely and effective solutions to their problems
  • Provide accurate and up-to-date information about our products and services, ensuring that customers have a clear understanding of our offerings
  • Narrow down on appointment information to schedule appointments, driving conversions and revenue growth
  • Capture customer contact information for lead generation and client review, ensuring that our clients have the necessary data to follow up with customers
  • Summarize interactions based on customer needs for client review, providing valuable insights that inform our clients' business decisions
  • Develop and maintain a knowledge base of our evolving products and services, staying up-to-date with the latest developments and advancements in the industry

Qualifications and Skills

  • Previous experience in retail customer service or the automotive industry (preferred but not necessary)

Essential Requirements

In addition to the skills and qualifications listed above, you will need to meet the following essential requirements:

  • Reside in one of the following states: Alabama, Arkansas, Idaho, Indiana, Iowa, Kansas, Kentucky, Louisiana, Mississippi, Ohio, Oklahoma, Pennsylvania, Tennessee, Texas, Utah, West Virginia, or Wisconsin
  • Own your own computer or laptop with a webcam and microphone, with a reliable internet connection and a quiet, dedicated workspace
  • Be available to work five days a week, including a Saturday or Sunday, with flexibility to adjust your schedule as needed
  • Be able to start on the designated start date and attend six weeks of paid, part-time remote training via Zoom, Monday - Friday between the hours of 4:00pm-8:00pm CST
