Account Representative
Aflac is seeking a driven and customer-focused Insurance Sales Representative to join their growing team. This role involves educating clients on insurance products, generating new business, and building long-term client relationships while working in a flexible, remote environment.
Responsibilities
- Educate clients on insurance products and recommend appropriate coverage based on their needs
- Generate new business through warm leads, referrals, and outreach efforts
- Build and maintain long-term client relationships
- Meet or exceed individual sales and performance goals
- Maintain accurate client records and comply with industry regulations
- Participate in ongoing training and professional development
Skills
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Self-motivated with excellent time management abilities
- Comfortable working independently when remote opportunities are available
- Must be willing and able to obtain required insurance licensing (support provided)
- Previous sales experience preferred it not needed (entry level position)
