Responsibilities
- Answer inbound calls promptly and professionally
- Assess customer needs and recommend appropriate products/services
- Explain features and benefits clearly
- Overcome objections and close sales, meeting or exceeding quotas
- Process sales orders and service requests accurately
- Stay current on product specifications and industry trends
- Collaborate with support teams for customer satisfaction
- Adhere to compliance requirements and call quality standards
- Participate in ongoing product and sales training
- Document customer interactions in CRM systems
Skills
- High school diploma or equivalent required; Associate's or Bachelor's degree preferred
- Ability to explain and sell identity protection or related products/services
- Strong communication, active listening, and consultative sales skills
- Proficiency with computer systems, CRM tools, and multi-screen navigation
- Goal-oriented with a track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets
- Ability to simplify complex information for customers
- Flexibility to work varying shifts, including evenings, weekends, or holidays if required
- Experience in inbound/outbound sales or technical sales within a call center preferred
- Bilingual skills (e.g., English/Spanish) are a plus
