[Remote] Bilingual Digital (Outbound) Sales Associate - Remote (Start Date: 2/2/26) (Spanish/English)

The Bilingual Digital Sales Associate will handle leads, communicate with prospects in both English and Spanish, close sales, and schedule installations while maintaining quality expectations.
Responsibilities
- Handle leads, communicate with prospects in both English and Spanish, close sales, and schedule installations
- Build value in order to uncover needs and overcome objections
- Maintain minimum quality expectations
- Timely follow up on active prospect list
- Work with Sales Team management, on an ongoing basis, to improve performance
- Ability to understand the entire sales process, from lead creation to closing
- No Cold Calling
- All other duties as assigned
Skills
- Bilingual (Spanish/English) Required
- High School Diploma required
- 0-3+ years of sales experience
- Ability to type 30+ wpm
- Comfortable using all Microsoft Office programs
- Strong written and verbal communication skills in both English and Spanish languages
- Strong motivation and desire to control own income
- Remote work experience preferred but not required
- Bachelor's Degree preferred
- Highly motivated, goal oriented, commission driven sales professionals
