[Remote] Billing Specialist
Note: The job is a remote job and is open to candidates in USA. Morgan & Morgan is a leading personal injury law firm dedicated to protecting the people, not the powerful. They are seeking a Billing Specialist who will be responsible for invoice reconciliation, budget monitoring, and maintaining relationships with media vendors while collaborating with various teams within the firm.
Responsibilities
- Invoice reconciliation
- Monitor vendor budgets
- Make sure vendors adhere to guidelines
- Creating and issuing credit memos
- Resolve issues and build strong relationships with media vendors
- Collaborate through building and maintaining productive relationships across all teams, internal and external, and push for ongoing growth
- Research missing and unresolved payment issues
- Escalate any reconciliation issues to the appropriate internal team
- Build and update internal reports
- Generate Traffic Instructions contingent on rotations received from creative team
- Distribute Traffic Instructions to all vendors across all media types
- Communicate with production team to ensure spot delivery
- Monitor and track Traffic confirmations for all vendors
