[Remote] Servicing Oversight Auditor
Note: The job is a remote job and is open to candidates in USA. RemoteHunter is a privately owned, full-service national lender specializing in various residential mortgages. The role involves monitoring and evaluating the activities of contracted sub-servicers to ensure compliance with investor and regulatory requirements.
Responsibilities
- Conduct monthly loan level testing to verify sub-servicer adherence to investor and regulatory requirements
- Review and rate quality of call activity by listening to call recordings
- Adhere to all regulatory requirements, internal policies and procedures
- Perform other duties as assigned
Skills
- Familiarity with Fannie Mae, Freddie Mac, and Ginnie Mae servicing requirements
- Knowledge of loan products including FHA, VA, Conventional, and USDA
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
- Strong oral and written communication skills
- High school diploma or GED equivalent
- 1-3 years of experience in the mortgage industry, mortgage servicing preferred
