Role Summary

As an Experienced Data Entry Analyst (Typist) – Remote Support Specialist, you'll play a vital role in providing support and services to children and families who have found permanency through reintegration, adoption, custodianship/guardianship, or as aged-out youth. Your day-to-day responsibilities will involve:

• Empowering families and children by connecting them with the right community resources
• Advocating on their behalf to ensure they receive the support they need
• Assisting them in sustaining their achievements independently
• Providing data entry and administrative support to ensure accurate and timely reporting
• Collaborating with our team to develop and implement effective support strategies
• Staying up-to-date on industry best practices and trends to enhance your skills and knowledge

Ideal Candidate

We're seeking a compassionate and dedicated individual who is passionate about supporting families and children. If you:

• Possess a bachelor's degree in human services or a related field
• Have a valid driver's license
• Are eager to learn and improve your personal skills
• Are able to effectively advocate for and assist families and children in finding and maintaining community resources
• Are comfortable working in a remote environment and have excellent communication and organizational skills
