Job Summary

As a Full Stack Customer Service Representative on our Sony Reseller Support Team, you'll be responsible for handling customer inquiries related to product orders, delivery, and returns. You'll work closely with our team to provide exceptional customer service, resolve issues efficiently, and exceed customer expectations. This is a full-time, remote position that offers a competitive salary of up to $33 per hour, depending on experience.

Key Responsibilities

* Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat in a professional and timely manner

  • Assist customers with their orders, product inquiries, and returns
  • Document customer interactions and keep accurate records of all customer inquiries
  • Provide exceptional customer service that exceeds customer expectations

Requirements
