Remote Work at arenaflex
As a remote employee, you'll have the flexibility to work from the comfort of your own home. However, we require a quiet, professional workspace with a strong internet connection. This means you'll need to create a dedicated workspace that's free from distractions and background noise. We provide all the necessary computer equipment, including a computer, two monitors, camera, and cables, which are considered company property during your employment with us.
Responsibilities
As an Account Manager/Customer Service Representative, you'll be responsible for:
- Managing multiple service accounts for dental offices with one or more locations and multiple providers of varying specialties
- Developing positive business relationships with clients through exceptional customer service, explaining service programs, setting customer expectations, providing consistent communication and updates, and overseeing account progress to ensure timely completion
- Learning and navigating arenaflex's knowledge base of dental insurance in-network participation and providing reports to clients on the impact of different options on their business
- Collaborating with an assistant to complete assigned tasks once you've reached a full account load
- Providing articulate, effective written and verbal communication to educate and explain options to clients
- Helping resolve customer issues and ensuring each client understands the value of the services provided
Qualifications
To be considered for this role, you should have:
- Some office/computer work experience
- Comfort with Google Drive or the Microsoft Office suite and willingness to navigate new software
- Strong organization skills, with the ability to learn and absorb new information and refer back to resource materials when needed
- Articulate, effective written and verbal communication skills to educate and explain options to clients
- A passion for delivering outstanding customer experiences and building strong relationships with clients
- A willingness to learn and grow with arenaflex, with opportunities for future leadership and development roles
Training and Support
arenaflex provides thorough training and support to ensure your success in this role. You'll receive:
- Online courses to learn about dental insurance in-network participation
- On-camera/screens share training to learn about our software and systems
- Peer assistance and support from experienced colleagues
- The opportunity to train in the Assistant role first and learn how to onboard accounts and complete tasks accurately
Compensation and Benefits
As an Account Manager/Customer Service Representative at arenaflex, you'll enjoy:
- A competitive hourly rate of $20.38 or an annual salary of $42,400
- 3 weeks (15 days) of paid time off, accrued
- Additional paid holidays, including MLK Day, President's Day, Memorial Day, 4th of July, Labor Day, Thanksgiving Day/day after, and Christmas Eve through New Year's Day
- Full medical benefits through Cigna PPO, eligible between 60-90 days of successful employment
- The option to pay for discounted dental, vision, life coverage, and/or additional family members
- Flexible scheduling after initial training, with the ability to set your own schedule within normal business hours, Monday through Friday
