Job Overview

The role of the Customer Experience Concierge Professional is to provide exceptional service to Card Members visiting the arenaflex Centurion Lounge. As a member of our team, you will be responsible for creating innovative ways to resolve customers' issues, providing concierge and lifestyle recommendations, and tailoring our products and services to meet their immediate needs. You will be the ambassador of our brand, upholding our company values and powerful backing promise to provide the world's best customer experience every day.

Key Responsibilities

  • Welcoming and providing access to Card Members upon arrival at reception, ensuring a warm and personalized experience
  • Being accountable and taking ownership of the customer's experience from beginning to end, resolving any issues or concerns promptly and professionally
  • Creating innovative ways to resolve customers' issues or concerns, making loyal enthusiasts out of our Card Members
  • Employing the Customer First philosophy in meeting customers' needs and expectations, providing proactive solutions and exceptional communication
  • Providing concierge and lifestyle recommendations, travel consultation, and minimal reservation assistance, tailoring our products and services to meet Card Members' immediate needs
  • Accommodating the needs of our Card Members by partnering with our food and beverage lounge partners, ensuring a seamless and enjoyable experience

Qualifications

A successful candidate will possess the following qualifications:

  • Minimum of 1 year recent experience servicing premium customers, with a passion for delivering extraordinary service
  • Airline, lounge, or travel industry experience is preferred, with travel reservation experience being a plus
  • Exceptional communication skills, delighting the customer with every single interaction, and the ability to listen to the customer's needs and offer confident recommendations
  • The ability to rely and collaborate with colleagues, as the lounge is a very active, fast-paced, team environment
  • Ability to make decisions quickly and effectively, when unanticipated situations may arise, putting the Card Members' experience at the forefront of everything you do
  • Must exhibit the utmost professionalism and maintain a positive attitude in all interactions, with a strong focus on customer satisfaction and loyalty
  • Ability to work flexible shifts, including nights, weekends, and holidays, and adapt to an ever-changing environment with resilience

Preferred Qualifications

  • Previous experience working in a customer-facing environment, with a strong focus on delivering exceptional service and creating memorable experiences
  • Knowledge of the travel industry, including airlines, hotels, and travel destinations, with the ability to provide expert recommendations and guidance
  • Experience working with technology platforms, including reservation systems and customer relationship management software
  • Ability to speak multiple languages, with a strong focus on communication and customer satisfaction
