Job Summary

As an Outbound Customer Service Representative, you'll play a critical role in driving sales growth and customer satisfaction through our mortgage industry campaigns. You'll be responsible for making outbound calls to existing borrowers, promoting relevant products and services, and transferring interested customers to our sales team for further processing. This is a fantastic opportunity to develop your sales and customer service skills, work with a talented team, and contribute to the success of our mortgage industry campaigns.

Key Responsibilities

* Handle customer service inquiries and problems in a professional and courteous manner

  • Make outbound calls through our dialer on specific mortgage campaigns, targeting upwards of 50-100 calls daily
  • Work on various campaigns, including partnerships with 3rd party companies like insurance companies, home warranties, security systems, and more
  • Identify customer needs and route them to the appropriate department for further assistance
  • Collaborate with our sales team to promote relevant products and services to interested customers
  • Meet or exceed daily call targets and sales performance metrics
  • Stay up-to-date on product knowledge and campaign information to provide accurate and effective service to customers

Additional Skills & Qualifications

* 1-2 years of outbound customer service or call center experience

  • Prior experience in sales or upselling is highly preferred
  • Outbound dialing experience is highly preferred
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and meet or exceed performance metrics
  • Strong product knowledge and ability to learn new products and campaigns quickly
  • Proficiency in CRM software and other customer service tools
  • High school diploma or equivalent required; associate's or bachelor's degree preferred

Compensation, Perks, & Benefits

arenaflex offers a competitive compensation package, including:

  • Base salary: $40,000 - $60,000 per year, depending on experience
  • Commission: 5% - 10% of sales revenue, depending on performance
