Key Responsibilities:

* Respond to exhibitor logistical questions and inquiries via phone, live chat, or email, providing timely and accurate solutions to ensure a seamless event experience.

  • Utilize on-the-job training to create a web-based portal for exhibitors to access event-specific information, showcasing your attention to detail and creative flair.
  • Develop and execute exhibitor communications for assigned events, ensuring clear and concise messaging that meets the needs of our customers.
  • Assist with the collection of sponsorship deliverables for events, working closely with our sales and marketing teams to ensure a successful event.
  • Perform various administrative tasks, including data entry, projects, and other duties as assigned, demonstrating your ability to adapt to changing priorities and customer needs.

Essential Qualifications:

* A minimum of 1 year of experience in customer service, preferably in an event-driven environment, where you've honed your skills in creative problem-solving and customer-centric support.

  • Excellent oral and written communication skills, with the ability to communicate effectively with customers, colleagues, and stakeholders.
  • Strong time management skills, with a track record of meeting tight deadlines and prioritizing tasks to ensure seamless event execution.
  • Ability to adapt quickly to changing priorities and customer needs, with a flexible and proactive approach to problem-solving.
  • Interest in the "behind the scenes" perspective of tradeshows and conferences, with a passion for learning and growth.

Preferred Qualifications:

* Multicultural experience, with a demonstrated ability to work effectively with diverse stakeholders.

  • Written and/or verbal multilingual language skills, especially fluent, to support our global customer base.
  • Experience working in a hybrid or fully remote environment, with a proven track record of productivity and collaboration in a virtual setting.

Work Environment:

arenaflex offers a flexible work environment that allows you to work remotely and enjoy a hybrid schedule, with two days per week in our office located in Portland, Maine. We're open to considering fully remote applicants who share our commitment to creating a safe and inclusive work environment.
