About the Role

This is a part-time role that offers a unique opportunity to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment. As a Customer Support Specialist at arenaflex, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer support through various channels, including phone, email, and chat. You will be the first point of contact for our customers, and your ability to understand their needs and provide effective solutions will be crucial to our success.

Day-to-Day Responsibilities

  • Deliver outstanding customer support through various channels, including phone, email, and chat
  • Assist customers with basic inquiries and resolve issues related to our software
  • Manage incoming customer inquiries and tickets efficiently using our Intercom ticketing system
  • Become a product expert in our compliance software and provide accurate and helpful information to customers
  • Create a positive first impression and foster strong customer relationships
  • Maintain detailed records of customer interactions and feedback

Essential Qualifications

  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to effectively communicate complex information in a clear and concise manner
  • Problem-solving abilities, with a focus on finding creative solutions to customer challenges
  • Attention to detail, with a high level of organization and accuracy in your work
  • Customer focus, with a strong commitment to delivering exceptional customer experiences
  • Technical aptitude, with a basic understanding of software applications

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience in a customer support role, particularly in a B2B or B2G SaaS environment
  • Familiarity with Intercom or other customer support software
  • Experience in the water/wastewater industry or a related field
  • Help Desk experience in a SaaS environment
