About the Role

As a Customer Support Specialist at arenaflex, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer support through various channels, including phone, email, and chat. You will be the first point of contact for our customers, and your ability to understand their needs and provide effective solutions will be crucial to our success.

Day-to-Day Responsibilities

• Deliver outstanding customer support through various channels, including phone, email, and chat
• Assist customers with basic inquiries and resolve issues related to our software
• Manage incoming customer inquiries and tickets efficiently using our Intercom ticketing system
• Become a product expert in our compliance software and provide accurate and helpful information to customers
• Create a positive first impression and foster strong customer relationships
• Maintain detailed records of customer interactions and feedback

Essential Qualifications

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience in a customer support role, particularly in a B2B or B2G SaaS environment
• Familiarity with Intercom or other customer support software
• Experience in the water/wastewater industry or a related field
• Help Desk experience in a SaaS environment
