Responsibilities

As a Remote Customer Service Representative with arenaflex, your primary responsibilities will include:

  • Handling customer inquiries and complaints in a professional, empathetic, and timely manner
  • Retaining existing customer monthly memberships by providing exceptional service and resolving any issues that may arise
  • Providing accurate and up-to-date information about our products and services, highlighting their features and benefits
  • Troubleshooting and resolving product issues and concerns, working closely with internal teams to ensure seamless resolution
  • Documenting and updating customer records based on interactions, maintaining accurate and detailed information
  • Developing and maintaining a knowledge base of our evolving products and services, staying up-to-date with new features and updates

Qualifications

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • Previous experience in customer service, sales, or related fields, with a proven track record of delivering exceptional results
  • Previous work-from-home experience, with a strong understanding of the importance of self-motivation and discipline
  • Excellent verbal communication skills, with the ability to build rapport with customers and resolve conflicts in a professional manner

  • Availability to work Saturdays, as required for the position
