Key Responsibilities As a Customer Support Associate at arenaflex, you'll be responsible for: * Responding to customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat in a timely and professional manner. * Resolving customer issues efficiently, ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction. * Providing support to arenaflex partners, including restaurants and delivery drivers. * Documenting and tracking customer interactions and issues using our CRM system. * Collaborating with cross-functional teams to improve overall customer experience. * Identifying and escalating complex issues to the appropriate department.
