Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Customer Support Representative to join our remote team. As a Customer Support Representative, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service via phone, email, and chat channels. You will assist customers with flight bookings, reservations, and general inquiries, address and resolve customer concerns and complaints with professionalism and empathy, and offer guidance and support to customers regarding travel policies, procedures, and promotions.

Responsibilities

As a Customer Support Representative, you will be responsible for:

  • Providing exceptional customer service via phone, email, and chat channels
  • Assisting customers with flight bookings, reservations, and general inquiries
  • Addressing and resolving customer concerns and complaints with professionalism and empathy
  • Offering guidance and support to customers regarding travel policies, procedures, and promotions
  • Collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure customer needs are met efficiently
  • Maintaining accurate and up-to-date customer records
  • Providing support to customers with special requests and needs
  • Participating in ongoing training and development to improve customer service skills and knowledge
  • Adhering to arenaflex's customer service standards and policies

Requirements

To be successful as a Customer Support Representative, you will need:

  • Strong verbal and written communication skills in English
  • Exceptional problem-solving abilities and attention to detail
  • Excellent interpersonal skills with a customer-focused approach
  • Ability to adapt to changing work environments and work independently
  • Basic computer proficiency and the ability to navigate online tools and systems
  • Prior customer service experience is a plus but not mandatory
  • Ability to work from home with a stable internet connection and a dedicated workspace
