The Role

As a Live Chat Support Specialist at arenaflex, you'll be responsible for providing exceptional support and customer service through online chat platforms like Facebook Messenger. You'll be the first point of contact for customers, handling their inquiries, resolving their issues, and ensuring they have a positive experience with our clients' brands.

Key Responsibilities:

* Responding to live chat inquiries on a business's website or social media accounts

  • Handling customer questions, providing sales links, and offering discounts
  • Documenting and following up on escalated issues for resolution
  • Collaborating with our team to resolve complex customer issues
  • Providing accurate and timely responses to customer inquiries
  • Maintaining a high level of customer satisfaction and loyalty

Requirements:

* Access to a laptop, phone, or tablet with a reliable internet connection

  • Basic English writing skills
  • Ability to work independently and manage chats effectively
  • Strong communication and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment
  • Basic computer skills and familiarity with online chat platforms

Skills and Background Needed:

* No prior experience in live chat work required; full training will be provided

  • Ability to learn quickly and adapt to new systems and processes
  • Strong customer service skills and a passion for delivering exceptional support
  • Ability to work in a remote environment and maintain a high level of productivity
  • Strong time management and organizational skills
