The Role
As a Live Chat Support Specialist at arenaflex, you'll be responsible for providing exceptional support and customer service through online chat platforms like Facebook Messenger. You'll be the first point of contact for customers, handling their inquiries, resolving their issues, and ensuring they have a positive experience with our clients' brands.
Key Responsibilities:
* Responding to live chat inquiries on a business's website or social media accounts
- Handling customer questions, providing sales links, and offering discounts
- Documenting and following up on escalated issues for resolution
- Collaborating with our team to resolve complex customer issues
- Providing accurate and timely responses to customer inquiries
- Maintaining a high level of customer satisfaction and loyalty
Requirements:
* Access to a laptop, phone, or tablet with a reliable internet connection
- Basic English writing skills
- Ability to work independently and manage chats effectively
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills
