Job Overview

We are seeking an experienced Customer Service Representative to join our team in a remote work capacity. As a Customer Service Representative at arenaflex, you will be the primary point of contact for our plan participants, members, and providers, responding to questions and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner. You will provide customized communication based on client preference and individualized needs, creating a deep connection with our members by understanding and engaging with them without limitation.

Key Responsibilities

  • Respond to questions and resolve issues as a "single resource" based on calls from plan participants, members, and providers
  • Provide customized communication in view of client preference and individualized needs, making a profound association with our individuals by understanding and drawing in the part without limit
  • Completely understand the member's needs by building a trusting and caring relationship with the member
  • Anticipate client needs and provide the client with related data to respond to unasked questions
  • Utilize client support edge structure to go with financial decisions to resolve member issues
  • Teach and assist clients on different components of benefit plan data and accessible administrations made to upgrade the general client support insight with the organization
  • Uses generally applicable data to impact part commitment successfully
  • Makes a quick move when faced with an issue or made mindful of a circumstance
  • Takes responsibility for client contact to determine their issues and interface them with extra administrations as fitting

Essential Qualifications

  • Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience
  • Client care experiences in an exchange-based climate, for example, a call community or retail store liked
  • Ability to show empathy and compassion
  • Effective administrative abilities and capacity to deal with different undertakings
  • Effective relational abilities, both verbal and composed

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience working in a remote or home-based environment
  • Knowledge of healthcare industry and medical terminology
  • Experience with customer relationship management (CRM) software and other technology systems
