Key Responsibilities:

As a Customer Service Representative at arenaflex, you'll be responsible for:

  • Answering customer inquiries via phone, email, and in-person with empathy, efficiency, and a smile
  • Assisting with flight reservations, changes, and cancellations, ensuring seamless operations and exceeding customer expectations
  • Providing accurate and timely information about arenaflex's policies and procedures, showcasing your expertise and building trust with our customers
  • Resolving customer issues and complaints with a calm and professional demeanor, turning challenges into opportunities for growth and improvement
  • Collaborating with other departments to ensure a cohesive and customer-centric approach to service delivery

Essential Qualifications:
