Key Responsibilities
As a Customer Service Specialist at arenaflex, you'll be responsible for:
- Managing large volumes of inbound and outbound calls with efficiency, courtesy, and a customer-centric approach
- Following conversation prompts and scripts when handling different topics, while also exercising your critical thinking skills to provide personalized solutions
- Identifying customers' needs, clarifying their information, researching their issues, and providing solutions and/or alternatives to solve their problems
- Seizing opportunities to upsell products when they arise, while maintaining a customer-focused approach
- Building sustainable relationships and engaging customers by going the extra mile when possible
- Maintaining accessible, comprehensive records of all conversations in our call center database
- Attending educational seminars to improve your knowledge and performance level
- Meeting or exceeding personal/team qualitative and quantitative targets
Requirements
To succeed in this role, you'll need:
- Strong phone and verbal communication skills, including active listening skills
- Comfortability with CRM systems and best practices
- An empathetic customer focus, with the flexibility to manage many different personality types
- The ability to multi-task, set priorities, and manage time effectively
- A high school degree (or equivalent)
Essential Qualifications
While a degree is not required, we're looking for candidates with:
- 1-2 years of customer service experience in a call center or similar environment
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding customer satisfaction targets
- Experience with CRM systems, such as Salesforce or similar platforms
- Strong problem-solving skills, with the ability to think critically and creatively
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with diverse teams and stakeholders
