The Role

As a Customer Support Specialist on our Samsung team, you'll be the face of arenaflex, providing top-notch technical and non-technical assistance to Samsung's customers in Lithuanian, Russian, and English. Your primary responsibilities will include:

  • Answering incoming calls, emails, and chats in Lithuanian and Russian, ensuring that customers receive prompt and effective support.
  • Providing efficient and satisfying solutions to customers' inquiries, leveraging your problem-solving skills and technical expertise.
  • Treating customers with respect, following arenaflex's policies and procedures, and upholding our commitment to exceptional customer experiences.
  • Collaborating with your team to share knowledge, best practices, and ideas, driving continuous improvement and excellence in customer support.

Requirements

To succeed in this role, you'll need:

  • Fluency in Lithuanian (C1) and a good command of Russian and English (B2).
  • Previous experience in customer service, preferably in a call center environment (although not mandatory, as we offer comprehensive training and coaching).
  • Excellent communication, problem-solving, and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment, with a strong focus on customer satisfaction.
  • Strong technical skills, with a willingness to learn and adapt to new technologies and processes.
