Job Summary
As a Customer Service Representative – Telehealth Support Agent, you'll be the first point of contact for patients and their families, providing empathetic and professional support during times of need. You'll work closely with our clinical team to gather information, relay messages, and provide exceptional customer care. This is a remote position that offers the flexibility to work from the comfort of your own home office.
Responsibilities
* Receive and process calls from patients and their families, gathering information and relaying messages to our clinical team
- Provide empathetic and professional support to patients and their families, addressing their concerns and needs
- Work closely with our clinical team to ensure seamless communication and coordination of care
- Enhance your customer care skills through ongoing training and development opportunities
- Participate in ongoing quality improvement initiatives to ensure exceptional customer experiences
- Collaborate with our team to resolve complex issues and concerns
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of patient interactions and communication
Key Qualifications
* 18+ years of age
- Excellent verbal communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills
- Accurate keyboard and typing skills (minimum requirements)
- Proficient use of Microsoft Office and internet navigation
- Strong customer service skills with the ability to speak with a smile in your voice
- Evening, weekend shifts required (Monday – Friday)
- Holidays required, paid at time + ½
- Access to High Speed Internet on a personal network (cannot be a shared network)
- Personal, private, and patient-confidential workspace environment required
- Background check will be conducted as part of the interview process
- Federal work-eligibility check will be conducted upon hire
