Key Responsibilities

As a Remote Data Entry Clerk at arenaflex, you will be responsible for providing administrative support to the Construction Department, ensuring the accurate and timely processing of invoices and other documents. Your key responsibilities will include:

  • Processing all invoices in INFOR, verifying GL Coding, and creating and routing purchase orders as needed
  • Receiving, stamping, and distributing incoming invoices for approval, ensuring that all documents are handled efficiently and securely
  • Electronic and paper filing of invoices processed, maintaining accurate and up-to-date records
  • Assisting the Admin Office Manager with various duties, providing support and backup as required
  • Utilizing advanced knowledge of Microsoft Word and Excel to create and edit documents, spreadsheets, and reports
  • Maintaining good communication skills, both oral and written, to ensure effective collaboration with colleagues and stakeholders

Physical Requirements

The Remote Data Entry Clerk role requires the ability to remain in a stationary position for extended periods, with occasional movement around the office. You must be able to operate a computer and other office productivity equipment, and have the ability to work in a remote setting with minimal supervision.

Job Qualifications

  • Experience in data entry, with a high level of accuracy and attention to detail
  • Self-motivation and ability to work with minimal supervision, using your initiative to prioritize tasks and manage your workload
  • 10-key by touch preferred, with advanced keyboarding skills and ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
  • Computer literacy, with advanced knowledge of Microsoft Word and Excel, and ability to learn new software applications
  • Good communication skills, both oral and written, with ability to organize and prioritize tasks, and maintain accurate records
  • Familiarity with various office equipment, including printers, scanners, and fax machines
  • Ability to pass a pre-placement drug/alcohol screen, and maintain a safe and healthy work environment
