Job Summary

As a Customer Service Representative at arenaflex, you will play a vital role in helping individuals with their pharmacy benefit plans. You will answer inbound calls and provide information about prescription coverage, medication inclusion, and mail-order solutions to our plan members. Through your skills and knowledge, you will offer the solutions needed to improve their healthcare experience. You will have the opportunity to learn about healthcare, while expanding your own experiences, and opening doors to additional opportunities within arenaflex.

Key Responsibilities

* Answer inbound calls and provide information about prescription coverage, medication inclusion, and mail-order solutions to plan members

  • Offer solutions to improve the healthcare experience of plan members
  • Provide excellent customer service and support to plan members
  • Work collaboratively with other team members to achieve business objectives
  • Participate in ongoing training and development programs to improve skills and knowledge
  • Adhere to HIPAA and legislative compliance requirements

Requirements

* High school diploma or equivalent required; bachelor's degree preferred

  • PC capability in Windows-based applications
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities
  • Strong customer service skills, including friendly phone manners and excellent listening skills

* Partners degree or identical experience

  • Ability to issue solutions in a positive, helpful way
