Job Description:
As an Experienced Customer Service Representative, you will be responsible for:
- Responding to customer inquiries, resolving issues, and providing personalized support via phone, email, or written correspondence.
- Collaborating with internal teams to ensure seamless communication and resolution of complex issues.

Requirements:

- 2+ years of experience in customer-facing roles, preferably in a healthcare or insurance setting.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment with multiple priorities.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, including Word, Excel, and Outlook.
