Job Description:

As an Experienced Customer Service Representative, you will be responsible for:

  • Responding to customer inquiries, resolving issues, and providing personalized support via phone, email, or written correspondence.
  • Collaborating with internal teams to ensure seamless communication and resolution of complex issues.
  • Utilizing our proprietary systems and tools to manage customer interactions, track progress, and maintain accurate records.
  • Providing education and guidance to customers on our products, services, and benefits.
  • Building strong relationships with customers, understanding their needs, and delivering tailored solutions.
  • Staying up-to-date on industry trends, regulatory requirements, and arenaflex policies and procedures.
  • Participating in ongoing training and development to enhance skills and knowledge.

Requirements:

* Bachelor's degree in a related field (e.g., business, communications, healthcare).

  • 2+ years of experience in customer-facing roles, preferably in a healthcare or insurance setting.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment with multiple priorities.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, including Word, Excel, and Outlook.
  • Strong analytical and critical thinking skills.
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information.
  • Willingness to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.

Preferred Qualifications:

* Experience with customer relationship management (CRM) software.

  • Knowledge of healthcare industry trends, regulations, and best practices.
  • Certification in customer service, such as Certified Customer Service Representative (CCSR) or Certified Customer Service Manager (CCSM).
  • Bilingual or multilingual skills.
