Key Responsibilities

As a remote data entry specialist, your primary responsibilities will include:

• Retrieving and recording data from approximately 330 documents, focusing on 12 specific attributes per document, such as contract type and effective date.
• Accurately entering the collected data into a designated worksheet.
• Collaborating with the Legal team to address any questions or clarifications.
• Maintaining data accuracy and integrity, ensuring compliance with arenaflex's data management policies and procedures.
• Providing regular updates on data entry progress and addressing any issues or concerns that may arise.

Qualifications

To succeed in this role, you will need:

• Proficiency in Excel and experience using a MacBook.
• A Bachelor's Degree or equivalent work experience is preferred but not mandatory.
• Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills, with the ability to work accurately and efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with the Legal team and other stakeholders.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks and priorities.
