About the Role

We're seeking highly motivated and customer-focused individuals to join our team as Seasonal Full-Time Customer Service Representatives. As a Customer Service Representative, you will be the face of arenaflex, working from the comfort of your own home to provide exceptional support to our customers. You will be responsible for addressing customer inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring that every interaction with arenaflex is nothing short of exceptional.

Key Responsibilities

  • Address customer questions and concerns regarding product and delivery information
  • Provide product information, review alternative solutions if an item is out of stock, and place orders for customers
  • Successfully negotiate and appease customers using a variety of methods established by arenaflex guidelines
  • Check inventory, process returns, issue replacements and credits for damaged or defective merchandise
  • Perform other duties as assigned

Essential Qualifications

To be considered for this role, you will need:

  • A High School diploma or GED
  • 1-2 years of previous customer service experience
  • Experience in a performance-based or metric-driven environment
  • A strong ability to communicate both verbally and in writing, with capable data entry skills
