What you will be doing You will be reporting to the Head of Product and own the roadmap for Orchestra, the specialised low-code data orchestration component acting as the enterprise integration backbone for GraphAware Hume, our flagship product. You’ll turn customer and market insights into a clear direction, ensure we build the right solutions, and keep everyone aligned toward our goal; more satisfied users.

Responsibilities

  • Shape and evolve the low-code data integration product roadmap in line with company vision and customer needs.
  • Translate insights from customers and market trends into actionable product priorities.
  • Partner with engineering, UX, and technical writing to deliver impactful features.
  • Balance innovation with technical feasibility and operational reality.
  • Keep the backlog focused, transparent, and value-driven.
  • Participate in broader product architecture discussions to understand how Orchestra can be used to solve internal product needs and align platform capabilities across GraphAware Hume.
  • Ensure clear communication of product vision and roadmap across teams.
  • Equip Sales and Marketing with product knowledge and updates.
  • Use customer feedback and product metrics to guide future development.

What you must know and be excited to grow further Experience and Skills

  • 3+ years as a Product Manager in a technical or data-focused environment
  • Experience with data integration and ETL tools (e.g., TIBCO, SAP, Apache Camel, Apache Nifi)
  • Familiarity with Java and container orchestration platforms
  • Understanding of messaging systems (RabbitMQ, Kafka) and concepts of scalability, reliability, and resiliency
  • Strong communication and stakeholder-management skills in English
  • Analytical, structured thinker with a strong execution focus

Bonus Points For

  • Graph technologies (Neo4j, Cypher)
  • Experience with Jira or similar tool
  • Experience with cloud services
  • Background in enterprise integration solutions
