Responsibilities:

As an Experienced YouTube Chat Moderator, you will be responsible for:

• Collaborating with senior stakeholders from YouTube Activation Partners to increase and execute joint business plans, create transformational roadmaps with our solutions and tools, and train Google stakeholders on the functionality and working version of companions.
• Identifying pilot markets, patron lead lists using market research, and collaborating with internal and external stakeholders to power activation.
• Partnering with PR and Advertising & Marketing teams to develop a comprehensive outside communication approach that promotes the benefits of these partnerships, including press releases and participation in applicable events and meetings.
• Collaborating with internal teams on the evolution of the YouTube Activation Partner application, including qualification of new YouTube partners.

Requirements:

To be successful in this role, you will need:

• A Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience in a related field, such as online media, marketing, or business development.
• Experience in handling a companion or consumer dating at scale in a multi-associate environment.
• Ability to manage ambiguity and take possession of tasks from inception to final touch.
• Understanding of contextual advertising, the concepts of reach and frequency, or suitability.
• Knowledge of the benefits of API or device integrations, or experience operating with Google API availability.
• Ability to recognize complex technical standards and talk them to a non-technical audience effectively.
• Great and persuasive customer-facing and dating control abilities.

Preferred Qualifications:

* Experience in managing ambiguity and taking possession of tasks from inception to final touch.
