Job Summary

As a Work from Home Data Entry Specialist at arenaflex, you'll play a vital role in ensuring the accuracy, completeness, and integrity of our databases. You'll be responsible for inputting, updating, maintaining, and retrieving data, while working closely with our team to deliver exceptional results. Key Responsibilities

* Inputting data from paper formats into computer files or database systems, ensuring accuracy and completeness

  • Typing in data provided directly from customers, maintaining attention to detail and accuracy
  • Creating spreadsheets with large numbers of figures without mistakes, utilizing your knowledge of word processing tools and spreadsheets
  • Verifying data by comparing it to source documents, ensuring data integrity and accuracy
  • Updating existing data, maintaining up-to-date records and ensuring data consistency
  • Retrieving data from the database or electronic files as requested, providing timely and accurate responses
  • Performing regular backups to ensure data preservation, maintaining data security and integrity
  • Sorting and organizing paperwork after entering data, ensuring it is not lost and maintaining a clutter-free workspace

Essential Qualifications

* Proven experience as a data entry clerk or similar position, with a strong understanding of data entry principles and practices

  • Fast typing skills, with knowledge of touch typing system strongly preferred
  • Excellent knowledge of word processing tools and spreadsheets (MS Office Word, Excel, etc.)
  • Working knowledge of office equipment and computer hardware and peripheral devices
  • Basic understanding of databases, with experience in data management and analysis
  • Good command of English both oral and written, with excellent customer service skills
  • Great attention to detail, with a strong focus on accuracy and quality
  • High school degree or equivalent, with a strong foundation in mathematics and computer skills
