What Will You Be Doing?
As a Customer Service Representative at arenaflex, you'll be the first point of contact for our customers, handling phone calls, emails, and live chat interactions with ease and professionalism. Your responsibilities will include:
- Answering phones, emails, and live chat from customers in a timely and efficient manner
- Professionally responding to customer inquiries, addressing their concerns and resolving issues
- Identifying and escalating priority issues to high-level management, ensuring that our customers receive the attention they need
- Following up on complicated customer interactions, ensuring that our customers are satisfied and happy
- Recording details of customer interactions accurately and efficiently, using our CRM system
- Developing rapport with customers, using an upbeat and positive attitude to build trust and loyalty

What Qualifications Do You Need?

- At least 1 year of customer service-related experience, preferably in a call center environment
- Basic knowledge of computers, including navigation, typing (30+ words per minute), copy/paste, and opening tabs
- Excellent grammar, punctuation, and spelling skills, with the ability to communicate clearly and effectively
- The ability to work in a fast-paced environment, handling multiple interactions simultaneously
- A strong commitment to delivering exceptional customer experiences, with a passion for building relationships and resolving issues
