About the Role:

As a Customer Service Representative, you will be the face of arenaflex, representing our brand and services while helping customers achieve their financial goals. You will be responsible for:

  • Responding to customer inquiries and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner
  • Providing exceptional customer service, ensuring a positive experience for every interaction
  • Troubleshooting complex issues and escalating concerns to senior team members when necessary
  • Collaborating with internal stakeholders to resolve customer complaints and improve overall satisfaction
  • Participating in ongoing training and development programs to enhance your skills and knowledge

Key Responsibilities:

* Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat

  • Resolve customer complaints and issues in a timely and professional manner
  • Provide product and service information to customers
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders to resolve customer complaints and improve overall satisfaction
  • Participate in ongoing training and development programs to enhance your skills and knowledge
  • Meet or exceed performance metrics and targets
  • Maintain accurate records and documentation of customer interactions

Essential Qualifications:

* High school diploma or equivalent required; associate's or bachelor's degree preferred

  • 1-2 years of customer service experience in a call center or retail environment
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Google Suite
  • Availability to work a variety of shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays

Preferred Qualifications:

* Experience working in a customer service role in the financial services industry

  • Knowledge of financial products and services
  • Certification in customer service or a related field
  • Bilingual or multilingual skills
  • Experience working with CRM software and other customer service tools

Compensation, Perks, and Benefits:

* Competitive compensation package, with a starting rate of $15-$17.50 per hour

  • Top 75% of Customer Service associates are eligible for incentives
