Key Responsibilities

As an Experienced Customer Support Representative at arenaflex, you'll be responsible for:

  • Handling incoming customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat, providing timely and accurate responses to ensure customer satisfaction
  • Providing in-depth information about arenaflex products and services, including features, benefits, and usage guidelines
  • Assisting customers with order placement, modifications, and cancellations, ensuring seamless transactions and minimizing errors
  • Resolving customer complaints in a professional and empathetic manner, escalating issues as necessary to ensure timely resolution
  • Performing data entry tasks accurately and efficiently, maintaining high levels of data quality and integrity
  • Conducting outbound calling campaigns to follow up with customers, ensuring timely communication and minimizing missed opportunities
  • Collaborating with internal teams to resolve complex customer issues, providing exceptional support and ensuring customer satisfaction

Essential Qualifications

To succeed in this role, you'll need:

  • Strong customer support and client services skills, with a proven track record of delivering exceptional customer experiences
  • Proficiency in sales techniques, with the ability to upsell and cross-sell arenaflex products and services
  • Excellent data entry abilities, with a high level of accuracy and attention to detail
  • Outstanding customer service orientation, with a passion for delivering exceptional experiences
  • Familiarity with computerized systems for managing customer interactions, including CRM software and ticketing systems
  • Bilingual proficiency is a plus, but not required
  • Experience in outbound calling is advantageous, but not necessary
  • Ability to handle cash transactions with precision, if required
  • Proficient phone etiquette, with excellent communication and interpersonal skills

Preferred Qualifications
