Responsibilities

As a Web Chat Representative, you'll be responsible for:

  • Responding to customer inquiries via web chat in a timely and professional manner, providing accurate information about arenaflex products and services
  • Assisting customers with online purchases, scheduling appointments, and resolving issues in a seamless and efficient manner
  • Collaborating with other team members to ensure a cohesive customer experience, leveraging your strong teamwork and research skills
  • Conducting research to answer customer questions and provide solutions, utilizing your problem-solving skills and attention to detail
  • Meeting or exceeding performance goals for response time, customer satisfaction, and sales conversion, demonstrating your ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment
  • Utilizing web chat platforms and CRM systems to manage customer interactions and track performance metrics

Requirements

To succeed in this role, you'll need:

  • 1 year of experience in a customer service or sales role, with a strong track record of delivering exceptional customer experiences
  • Excellent written communication skills, with the ability to articulate complex information in a clear and concise manner
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment, with a strong focus on meeting performance goals and deadlines
  • Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail, with a passion for resolving customer issues and exceeding expectations
  • Proficiency in using web chat platforms and CRM systems, with a willingness to learn and adapt to new technologies
  • High school diploma or equivalent, with a strong foundation in communication, problem-solving, and customer service
