About the Role: Clinical Support Services Agent

As a Clinical Support Services Agent at arenaflex, you'll be the first point of contact for patients and their families, providing exceptional customer care and support in a fast-paced and rewarding environment. Your primary responsibility will be to receive initial calls, gather information, and relay it to our team of clinicians. You'll be working with patients from home hospice, home health, home infusion agencies, and medical providers across the country, making a significant difference in their lives and enhancing your customer care skills every day.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Receive and process incoming calls from patients and their families, providing exceptional customer care and support
  • Gather information from callers and relay it to our team of clinicians in a timely and accurate manner
  • Remain professional and composed when navigating difficult caller emotions and situations
  • Work effectively in a fast-paced environment, managing multiple calls and priorities with ease
  • Collaborate with our team of clinicians and other stakeholders to ensure seamless patient care and support
  • Participate in ongoing training and development to enhance your customer care skills and knowledge

Requirements and Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you'll need to possess excellent verbal communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills, as well as accurate keyboard and typing skills. You should be proficient in Microsoft Office and internet navigation, with strong customer service skills and the ability to speak with a smile in your voice. You'll also need to be available to work evening and weekend shifts, including holidays, and have access to high-speed internet on a personal network.

Essential Qualifications:

  • 18+ years of age
  • Excellent verbal communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills
  • Accurate keyboard and typing skills
  • Proficient use of Microsoft Office and internet navigation
  • Strong customer service skills with the ability to speak with a smile in your voice
  • Evening, weekend shifts required, including holidays
  • Access to high-speed internet on a personal network
  • Personal, private, and patient-confidential workspace environment required
