Responsibilities

As an Online Chat Support Manager at arenaflex, you'll be responsible for leading a team of online chat support representatives to ensure timely and accurate responses to customer inquiries. Your key responsibilities will include:

  • Managing a team of online chat support representatives to ensure timely and accurate responses to customer inquiries, and to provide coaching and training to team members to improve performance and customer satisfaction.
  • Developing and implementing strategies to improve customer satisfaction and retention through online chat support, and to identify areas for improvement and provide coaching and training to team members.
  • Monitoring chat interactions to identify areas for improvement and provide coaching and training to team members, and to analyze chat data and metrics to track performance and make data-driven decisions.
  • Collaborating with other departments to ensure a seamless customer experience across all channels, and to stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices in online chat support.
  • Providing exceptional leadership and guidance to team members, and to motivate and inspire them to deliver exceptional results and customer experiences.

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you'll need to have:

  • A Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent work experience.
  • Proven experience in online chat support management, with a minimum of 6 years of experience in a similar role.
  • Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and inspire a team, and to provide coaching and training to team members.
  • Excellent decision-making and problem-solving abilities, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple priorities.
  • Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal, and the ability to communicate effectively with team members, customers, and other stakeholders.
  • Hardworking and driven with a passion for customer service, and the ability to work in a collaborative and supportive team environment.
  • Proficiency in chat support software and CRM systems, and the ability to analyze data and metrics to track performance and make data-driven decisions.
