Responsibilities

As an Online Chat Specialist at arenaflex, you'll be responsible for providing a variety of customer support-related duties for our company and clients. Your primary responsibilities will include:

• Answering Incoming Customer Live Chats: Respond to customer inquiries regarding website navigation issues, service questions, and general client concerns in a timely and accurate manner.
• Evaluating Customer Interactions: Assess customer interactions and escalate issues to the Online Chat Manager when necessary.
• Building Relationships: Create relationships with new customers to better understand and meet their needs.
• Responding to Customer Questions: Answer customer questions, inquiries, requests, and problems accurately, concisely, and appropriately.
• Promoting Client Products and Services: Promote interest in client products and services to enhance customer engagement and satisfaction.
• Achieving Established Standards: Consistently meet and exceed established standards of the position.
• Portraying a Positive Image: Continuously portray and project a positive and professional image.
• Providing Administrative Support: Offer administrative support to the customer service team as needed.
• Assisting with Overflow Work: Assist with overflow work and other duties as needed.

Qualifications
