Job Responsibilities

As a Full Stack Data Scientist – RWE and Clinical Data Science, you will be responsible for producing high-quality, actionable insights that inform business decisions and drive strategic initiatives. Your key responsibilities will include:

• Data Preparation and Analysis: Design and execute advanced data analysis and statistical modeling techniques to extract insights from large datasets, including patient cohorts, medical trials, and real-world evidence.
• Collaboration and Communication: Partner with cross-functional teams, including clinical trial teams, to provide actionable insights and recommendations that inform business decisions and drive strategic initiatives.
• Data Visualization and Reporting: Develop and maintain dashboards, analytics, and reports to support business decision-making and communicate insights to stakeholders.
• Due Diligence and Quality Control: Conduct due diligence on new real-world evidence companies and perform quality control checks to ensure high-quality deliverables.
• Staying Up-to-Date with Industry Trends: Stay current with industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies to continuously improve data analysis and modeling techniques.

Essential Qualifications

* Bachelor's Degree or Higher: A bachelor's degree or higher in a quantitative or computational field, such as computer science, mathematics, statistics, or engineering.

• Programming Skills: Proficiency in programming languages such as R, Python, or SQL, with experience in designing and executing strong and reproducible statistical analyses.
• Data Analysis and Modeling: Experience in data analysis and modeling, including statistical testing, machine learning, and data visualization.
• Healthcare Experience: Experience working with healthcare data, including patient health information, medical trials, and real-world evidence.
• Data Visualization Tools: Familiarity with data visualization tools such as Tableau, Power BI, Alteryx, Spotfire, or other BI intelligence tools.

Preferred Qualifications

* Advanced Degree: A Ph.D. or Master's degree in a field such as statistics, biostatistics, computer science, mathematics, or engineering.

• Healthcare Experience: Experience working in healthcare, including experience with electronic medical records (EMRs), health information technology (HIT), and policy claims databases.
• Regulatory Compliance: Experience with Good Clinical Practice (GCP) and/or regulatory compliance guidelines for real-world evidence research or clinical trials.
• Experimental Design: Experience with experimental design, Bayesian modeling, sequential data, and computational statistics.
• Self-Learning and Adaptability: Ability to continuously learn and adapt to new technologies, tools, and methodologies.
