Responsibilities
As an Associate Level Live Chat Specialist, you'll be responsible for providing exceptional customer service through our live chat platform. Your key responsibilities will include:
- Engaging with customers in real-time through live chat to provide support, answer questions, and resolve issues in a timely and professional manner
- Utilizing innovative strategies to enhance the customer experience and drive customer satisfaction
- Demonstrating emotional intelligence to effectively communicate with customers and de-escalate challenging situations

Requirements
