Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide excellent customer care and focus, assessing customers' needs and providing the correct answer, path, troubleshooting, or method for a positive customer experience
  • Answer and manage incoming calls, emails, chats, and/or interactive voice response systems in a timely and professional manner
  • Learn and follow all customer service procedures and policies, ensuring compliance and consistency in our service delivery
  • Strive to meet and exceed personal and team target goals, contributing to the overall success of our customer service team
  • Record, organize, and file customer interactions and account changes, maintaining accurate and up-to-date records
  • Upsell and cross-sell products and services as needed, identifying opportunities to enhance customer satisfaction and revenue growth
  • Schedule callbacks and appointments to resolve customer needs, ensuring timely follow-up and resolution

Requirements and Qualifications

To be successful in this role, youーlevel position, you'll need:

  • Previous experience in customer support, client services, sales, or a related field, with a proven track record of delivering exceptional customer service
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to articulate complex information in a clear and concise manner
  • Basic computer skills and experience, with proficiency in Microsoft Office and other software applications
  • Ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage multiple projects simultaneously, with a strong focus on attention to detail and quality
