Job Summary

As a Live Chat Support Specialist at arenaflex, you'll be responsible for providing exceptional customer support to our clients via live chat on their websites and social media accounts. You'll be the first point of contact for customers, answering their questions, resolving issues, and providing solutions to their problems. With full training provided, you'll be able to start working right away and set your own hours as long as you meet the minimum weekly requirement of 10 hours.

Key Responsibilities

* Handle incoming customer support questions via live chat on businesses' websites and social media accounts

  • Respond to customer inquiries in a timely and professional manner
  • Provide solutions to customer problems and resolve issues efficiently
  • Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and feedback
  • Collaborate with other team members to ensure seamless customer support
  • Stay up-to-date with product knowledge and industry trends to provide informed support
  • Meet or exceed performance metrics and quality standards

Essential Qualifications

* High school diploma or equivalent required; degree in a related field (e.g., customer service, communications) preferred

  • 1+ year of experience in customer service or a related field
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
  • Reliable internet connection and a device able to access social media and website chat functions (phone, tablet, or laptop)
  • Availability of 10+ hours per week

* Experience in live chat support or a related field

  • Knowledge of customer relationship management (CRM) software
  • Familiarity with social media platforms and online chat tools
  • Certification in customer service or a related field (e.g., Certified Customer Service Representative (CCSR))
  • Bilingual or multilingual skills
