Key Responsibilities

As a Veteran Online Chat Support Specialist at arenaflex, you'll play a critical role in providing exceptional customer service through live chat. Your key responsibilities will include:

  • Responding to customer inquiries and providing support via live chat in a timely and efficient manner
  • Troubleshooting and resolving customer issues with empathy and professionalism
  • Documenting and tracking customer interactions and resolutions to ensure seamless communication
  • Collaborating with other support team members to provide comprehensive solutions and improve overall service quality

Qualifications

  • Flexible availability to work various shifts, including evenings and weekends if needed
