As a Remote Data Entry Specialist at arenaflex, your primary responsibilities will include:
- Accurate Data Entry: Enter and verify patient information, including names, insurance details, and other relevant data into our secure database.
- Medical Record Updates: Update existing medical records with new information, such as test results, medication lists, or other relevant details.
- Data Review and Verification: Conduct thorough data review and verification processes to ensure accuracy and completeness of all entries.
- Data Presentation: Collaborate with our team to create data-driven reports and presentations for department management.
- Sales Invoice Processing: Process and update sales invoices in our system, ensuring timely and accurate financial reporting.
Requirements
To be eligible for this exciting opportunity, you'll need to meet the following requirements:
- Age Limit: You must be at least 18 years old to apply, as we handle sensitive patient information.
- Work Schedule: As a part-time position, you'll need to commit to a minimum of 20 hours per week, with 2-3 hours available daily.
- Skills and Abilities: To succeed in this role, you'll need:
