Key Responsibilities
* Provide exceptional customer service to clients via inbound, billing, and customer support calls
- Leverage your expertise to assist callers with billing inquiries, determine missing offerings, and make upgrade and add-on service recommendations
- Ensure First Call Resolution (FCR) and complete Customer Satisfaction (VOC)
- Code sales accurately and completely
- Utilize your communication skills to build trust and rapport with clients
- Manage client needs quickly and effectively
- Promote additional products and services to clients
- Demonstrate empathy and a sincere desire to assist and prioritize the customer
Requirements
* Familiarity with company processes and policies
- Clear, confident, and professional communication skills
- Understanding of "client call flow"
- Quick-thinking management of client needs

Education

* A computer with a separate monitor (desktop/tower computer recommended)
