Key Responsibilities

  • Handling multiple incoming requests for information, prioritizing tasks, and managing your time effectively
  • Demonstrating a calm and composed demeanor under pressure, even in high-volume situations
  • Responding to customer inquiries on Facebook and Instagram, providing accurate and helpful information to ensure customer satisfaction
  • Collaborating with our team to resolve complex issues and provide exceptional support
  • Staying up-to-date with product knowledge and industry trends to provide informed and helpful responses

What You'll Need

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • A device with reliable internet connectivity (phone, tablet, or laptop)
  • Ability to work independently and manage your time effectively
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with a focus on providing exceptional customer service
  • Ability to follow provided steps and instructions closely
  • 5+ hours of availability per week, with flexibility to work up to 40 hours per week
  • Reliable internet connectivity and a quiet workspace
